It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Anthony McGowan (Barrie, Ontario), who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Lizzie; and his brother George. He is survived by: his children, Terry McGowan (Cathy), Kelly Trelford (John) and Tracy Rysdale (Doug); his grandchildren, Caitlyn Trelford, Victoria McGowan and Madeleine McGowan; his close friends, Brian and Gary; Jackie.
