She was predeceased by: her husband Tom; and her brothers, Larry and Robert Hammell. She is survived by: her sister Beverly; her sons, Derrick (Jane) and Christopher (Doreen); her grandchildren, Jordan (Katie), Kelsey (E. J.), Rebecca and Laura; and her sister Bev.

A special thank you goes out to her sister Bev for deciding to move in with and care for Pat during the long months of Covid isolation.
