She was predeceased by: her grandson Gordon; and her siblings, Mary-Lou (Bud), Sue and Billie (Joan). She is survived by: her children, Keith (Cathy) and Beth (Jim); her grandchildren, Julie (Steve), Matt (Jen), Kyla (Nick) and Joshua; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Abbie, Heidi and Joshua; and her brother-in-law Ray Grenier.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's memory may be made to the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre and are greatly appreciated by the family.
