“Mrs Moran my thoughts are with you and your family- we have lost a bright light! Dr Moran spoke with such love of you and his sons and of family. I enjoyed his stories of early years in Ireland and Northern Ontario and of cars and motorcycles and sound systems. His sense of humor was ever present! I worked with him in Healthcare at CNCC . “I worked with Dr. Moran at CNCC for several years. I will remember him as a very nice man with a gentle smile and laugh. He never seemed to be upset (at least on the outside) and took the challenges of working in Corrections in stride. I remember admiring his outfit one day and told him how nice he looked. He told me all credit must be given to his wife. Another time I told him my son was working in a goldmine and he shared his memories of being a mine doctor. He will be missed.”

“I had the honour of working alongside Dr. Moran at CNCC for 17 years. He was truly a great man among men! Memories are many, the one I will forever carry is the deep love he had for his wife, Carolyn. He spoke of her almost daily and always referred to her as his “Queen,” saying his Queen deserved to be chauffeured wherever she wished, and that whatever she wanted was hers.
