He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy (Dave Kerr); and his siblings, John Losak and Mary Penak. He is survived by: his wife Monica "Mickey"; his son Gary (Leslie); his grandchildren, Brandon (Emma), Kevin, Tori (Michael), Steven and Shasta; and his great grandchildren, Brooks and Colby. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
