We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2025, at the age of 55, Rebecca (Ridding) Anne Lezlie Brunton (Barrie, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Rebecca may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kathy Ridding and Becky. She is survived by: her children, Dawson and Kathryn; her brother Chris (Amanda); her nephew Aaron; her niece Alexx; and her cousins, Julie and Jason (Danielle).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kempenfelt Room (37 Ellen St, Barrie, ON L4N6G2).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Becky's memory may be made to Tomkins House Hospice (705-549-1034) in Penetanguishene or to Furry Friends Animal Shelter (705-792-4911) in Barrie.
