He was predeceased by: his parents, Emma Forster and Jakub Forster. He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Paul (Melissa) and Carol (Grant); his grandchildren, Arianna and Luke; and his sisters, Ursula and Suzi.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Parkinson's Canada or Hospice Simcoe.
