With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rita Collin in Barrie, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 14, 2026 at the age of 106. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Collin to pay them a last tribute.
As we bid adieu to Rita's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rita has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edgar Collin; and her children, Joan (Agner), Gary (Julie), Mark (Margaret) and Carmen. She was also cherished by her fourteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Catholic Women's League (CWL) would be appreciated by the family.
