He was predeceased by: his parent Sandra Shaw (late Peter). He is survived by: his children, Carly Shaw (Dempsey Siegel) and Kaitlin Shaw (Mike McWilliams); his parent Janis Shaw; his siblings, Vicki Cyr (Dave), Heather Cameron and Kelly Kelly (Ralph); his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Mac Cameron, Connor and Cade Scott; and his friend Judy Richardson.

Memorial donations to the Royal Victoria Hospital Mental Health and Addiction Services or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
