Ross Allan Nicholson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ross Allan Nicholson (Barrie, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 12, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ross Allan may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He is survived by: his children, Sean Nicholson (Cheryl), Darren Nicholson (Teresa), Charlene Nicholson, Leah Nicholson (Doug Shoebridge) and Kelsey Nicholson (Jamie Atkinson); his friend Robert Widdes (Bob); and his brother-in-law Brian Burnie. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, his beloved nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
