He is survived by : his spouse Kerri; his children, Lauren and Lindsay; his brother Andrew; his mother-in-law Sheila; his sister-in-law Kristine; his nieces and nephews, Andrea, Elizabeth, Xander and Ashton; and his friend Chris Gaylor.
