She was predeceased by: her parents, David Woods and Joyce Woods (Lownsbrough). She is survived by: her husband Fred W. Beck; her children, Peggy Milne (Mitch Williams), Catherine Milne (Scott Baker) and James Kilburn (Eleni Gicas); her grandchildren, Hilary (Joe), Jackson, Iain, Harry and Gabriella (Jesse); her stepchildren, William, Wendy and Gregor; and her siblings, David Woods (Penny) of Ottawa and Deborah Woods (late John Connolly) of Barrie. She is also survived by her many cousins, nieces and nephews and all their children who are part of her large extended family.

Mother' of the Canadian Women's Foundation, a title that pleased her greatly.
