He is survived by : his daughters, Katie McDonald (Alex) and Chelsea Hart; his grandson William Hart; and his former life partner Anne Hart. He is also survived by extended family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Adams Funeral Home (445 St Vincent St, Barrie, ON L4M6T5). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Tim's name to the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, supporting their mission to provide care and support to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges.
