He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Phyllis Rafuse; his children, Karen Anne McCurdy (Bob) of Angus, Kathryn Elaine Keans (Dan) of Dartmouth, Mark Arron Rafuse of Barrie, Derek Earl Rafuse of Medonte and Gwyn Evelyn Smith (Paul) of Cambridge; and his grandchildren, Katelyn, Ann-Marie, Holly, Mitchel, Emily, Carter, Chloe, Nicholas and David.
