He was predeceased by: his son Bruce; his parents, John Herbert and Kezia McNeill; and his siblings, Betty Simmonds, Allan McNeill and Margaret Worozbyt.
He is survived by: his wife Helen McNeill; his children, Patricia (David Walls) of Traverse City and John (Jeanette McNeill); his granddaughter Cathy (Steve Paul) of Orillia; his great grandchild Marilyn (Eric Rummins) of Atlanta; and his sister Ruth McNeill.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptist Church (374 Salem Rd, Barrie, ON L4N9H9). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
