He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie and Veronica; and his sister Angela. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, John, Jamie (Lori McRae), Stephanie (Mark Bain) and Lisa; his niece Liz; his grandchildren, Conor, Eva (Zander McGillivray), Margo, Seona and Jake; and his sisters, Adele, Vicki and Joan (Rand Dyck). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and a large extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heubner Funeral Home (43 Stafford St, Barry's Bay, ON K0J1B0). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the St. Lawrence O'Toole Roman Catholic Church (19450 Opeongo Line, Barry's Bay, ON K0J1B0). A reception will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 406 (250 John St, Barry's Bay, ON K0J2M0).
