He was predeceased by : his parents, Josephine Cowan and Wilfred Cowan. He is survived by : his daughter Danielle Cowan (Travis); and his siblings, Sandie Cowan (Bob), Angela Gould, Thelma Cowan (Bob), David Cowan (Marie) and Billy Cowan. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
