Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Peter Brotton (Barrys Bay, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 97, on December 31, 2025. He was predeceased by: his sons, Marvin, Andrew and David; his mother Martha (Dombroskie); and his siblings, Frank, Ambrose, Nora, Jacqueline and Gertrude.
He is survived by: his wife Clementine (Stoppa); his children, Clemence, Bernadette (Steve), Julian, Julia (David), Elizabeth (Ted) and Jerome; his father Stanley; and his sister Stasia Cybulskie. He is also survived by his many grand-children, great grand-children, nieces, nephews and their extended families.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 5th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Heubner Funeral Home (43 Stafford St, Barry's Bay, ON K0J1B0). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Hedwig Roman Catholic Church (35 Karol Wojtyla Square, Barry's Bay, ON K0J1B0).
