She was predeceased by: her husband Quirinus; and her siblings, Nel, Leen, Riet and Henk (Annie).
She is survived by: her mother Johanna Gerdina Flipsen; her wife Annie; her daughters, Johanna (Donald Cruickshank) and Mia (Christopher Ross); her brother Wout; her nephews, Henry (Dawn), Herman (Ann Marie) and Robert (Heidi); her grandchildren, Jordanna and Forrest; and also, Michelle, Greg (Valerie), Alicia and Oma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Ladies of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church.
