She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Arkell and Daisy Arkell (Scotchmer); her siblings, Vera Turner (Robert), Thomas Arkell (Marianne) and Kenneth Arkell (Olivia); and her grandmother Rose.
She is survived by: her husband Donald Nicholas Sager; her sons, Clare (Jane Hopkinson) of Goderich, Nick (Cathy Wise) of Bayfield and Tom (Arlene Corrin) of Goderich; her grandchildren, Nicholas Sager (Liz), Jeremy Sager (Katie), Carey Sager (Brianne), Ryan Sager, Devin Sager (Marti), Kaylie Norris-Lue (Brandon) and Melayna Sager (Gray); and her great grandchildren, Nolan, Addison, Isabelle, Emeline, Nelle and Andie.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. George's Anglican Church (87 North St, Goderich, ON N7A2T7).
The family is thankful for everyone's support and though not required, donations in Rosemarie's memory made to Huron Hospice Bender House or the Heart and Stroke Foundation are appreciated.
