She was predeceased by : her husband Malcolm; her son Gary Ainsworth (Nancy); her stepson Colin Harding; and her brother Ron Spearing (Effie). She is survived by : her stepsons, Robert (Gail) and Glenn (Maureen); her sister Susanne Wensing (Richard); her grandchildren, Aaron (Ainsworth), Andrea, Chris, Garrett and Lyle; her niece Wendy; and her nephews, Jeff and Greg (Spearing).

Donations to the SPCA and the Canadian Cancer Society may be donated in honour of Patricia and would be appreciated by the family.
