He was predeceased by: his parents, Mahlin and Lena; and his sister Frances Burns. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Robert, Melissa (Rob), Jodi and Kathryn (Dave); his grandchildren, Jessica, Chloe, Christopher and Alex; his great grandchild Wesley; and his sister Jean Mitchell (Fred).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mangan Funeral Home (332 Osborne St, Beaverton, ON L0K1A0). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Church (28118 ON-48, Virginia, ON L0E1R0). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery (28118 ON-48, Virginia, ON L0E1R0).
