With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sommer Sabrina Thomson (Beaverton, Ontario), who passed away on May 24, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Jaylen and Logan (Ryan); her parents, John MacEachern and Gail MacEachern; her siblings, Angela Teel (Ryan), Matt MacEachern (Erika) and Brandon MacEachern (Andrea Barker); her grandparents, Betty and Clark; her nieces and nephews, Karlie, Dixee Teel, Torri-Ann and Brior MacEachern; her grandparents, Peter and Catherine MacEachern; her great-grandparent George Ross; her cousin Fondly; her grandfather Doug Bowen; and her siblings-in-law, Sean, Champagne, Craig, Bekah and Conner.
