He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Bell and Roena Bell; his siblings, Evelyn Taylor, Jean Fletcher and Bob Huggett; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Bechard (Pete) and Pat Dunn (Agnes).

He is survived by : his wife Sandra; his daughters, Wendy Seguin (John) and Tiffany Ivy (Brent); his grandchildren, Jenna, Jack and William; his great grandchildren, Ariella and Madeleine; his extended family, Laura Liebrock (Jeff), Michelle White (Jay), Dino, Larry (Corrina), Angela (Darren) and Luc Quenneville (Dannielle); and his siblings-in-law, Tim Dunn (Patricia), Mike Dunn (Jeannette) and Diana Quenneville (late Ron).
