He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Blake (Betty), Richard, Jackie Clark and Charlene Clarke. He is survived by: his parents, Ron and Debbie; his children, Hannah and Karley; and his sister Kristin Quinn (Marc). He is also survived by many loving uncles' aunts, cousins, nephews and his niece.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to Canadian Diabetes Association would be Appreciated by the family.
