He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Sylvestre (Robert); and his parents, Charles Desbiens and Yvonne Desbiens. He is survived by: his children, Antonio Fiorilli, Bradley Desbiens (Shelly) and Ashley Desbiens (Ben Bilek); his siblings, Kathy Levesque (Paul), Debbie Provost (Gary) and Keith Desbiens; his former wife Janet Dawson; and his siblings-in-law, Ken Dawson and Sue Cullen (late Bruce).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Melady Funeral Home (572 Notre Dame St, Belle River, ON N8L1K8). A procession will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Simon and St. Jude Catholic Church (488 St Charles St, Belle River, ON N8L1K8). A burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at the St. Simon & St. Jude Cemetery (488 St Charles St, Belle River, ON N8L1K8).
