She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Toulouse and Gloria Toulouse; and her brother Arsene Toulouse. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her sister Marina Pepper (late Frederick); and her goddaughters, Tracy Lightle (Terry), Christine Martin (Jason), Leah Sylvestre (Dwayne) and Michelle Voskamp. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
