The passing of Raymond Lee Lalonde of Belle River, Ontario leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Violet Lalonde and Clarence Lalonde; his sister Jean; his brother-in-law Craig Cole; and his father-in-law Dick Tighe.
He is survived by: his son Patrick Lalonde (Brittany); his granddaughter Eleanor; his daughter Rachel McAiney (Jackson); his grandson Colby; his pet Iris; his siblings, Carl Lalonde (Linda), Joyce Lembke (Peter) and Linda Vaillancourt (Gary); and his mother-in-law Shirley Tighe. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Melady Funeral Home (572 Notre Dame St, Belle River, ON N8L1K8). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location.
