She was predeceased by: her husband William'Gordon'Byers; her parents, June Garbutt (Hamilton) and Norman Garbutt; her sister Lynn MacDonald (Garbutt); her nephew Andrew MacDonald; and her great grandchild Liam Byers.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Byers (Holly), Richard Byers and Rev. Chris Byers (Jenn); her brothers, Bob Garbutt (Jennifer) and Bill Garbutt (Linda); and her brother-in-law Rev. Joe. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
