She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ash and Agnes Ash; her husband John William Rush; her son Michael Rush; and her brothers, Alexander and Eric Ash.

She is survived by: her child Tracey Letford (John Ockenden) of Belleville; her grandsons, Robert and Ryan Letford of Belleville; her brother Campbell Ash of Sudbury; and her friends, Doug and Gloria Green.
