He was predeceased by: his brother Austin Sutton; and his parents, Richard Sutton and Catherine Sutton of Newfoundland. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Sutton (Way) of Bonavista, NL.; his children, Bernice (James) and Chris (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Stephanie, Dylan, Ryan and Abigail; and his siblings, Kevin Sutton, Rita Sutton, Eileen Sheppard, Shirley Ryder and Kathy Sutton.

In Aidan's memory, donations can be made to the Belleville Oncology Department or the Canadian Cancer Society.
