He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Whitworth and Sarah Ann Whitworth; his wife Bernice Whitworth; and his brothers, Harry Whitworth (Maxine) and Alfred Whitworth (Betty).

He is survived by: his sister Marjorie Graham (Gord); and his nieces and nephews, Rob Graham, Chris Abrams, Lynda Sinclair (Tim), David Graham, Lori MacDonald (Rick), Dorothy Goulah, Pabst, Rocky Whitworth (Mary), Rick Whitworth (Kristin), Rebecca Anders (John) and Alan Whitworth.
