It is with great sadness that we announce the death of André Koopmans (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on August 11, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his spouse Gerdine Koopmans; his grandson Darren Vink; and his parents, Dirk Koopmans and Trijntje Koopmans. He is survived by: his children, René Koopmans (Angela), Esther Everhardus (Ernie), Ilse Vink (John), Edwin Koopmans (Nancy) and Astrid Bulten (Jake); and his siblings, Dick Koopmans (Elly) and Erna Wagenaar (Wytze).
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Hospice Quinte would be appreciated by the family.
