He is survived by: his wife Pauline Lewington; his children, Steve Lewington, Cheryl Butler (Sam) and Carolyn Lukes (David); his grandchildren, Emma (Nick), Rachel (Zack), James, Curtis, Scott and Nicholas; and his friend Belleville.
