She was predeceased by: her parent George Clapper; her spouse MacDonald "Mac" Ellis; her children, Kelly Tripp and Peter Tripp; and her siblings, Dorothy and George "Sunny".

She is survived by: her parent Mary Clapper; her children, Cindy Tripp (Dennis) of Alberta, Darren Tripp of Belleville and Todd Tripp (Donna) of Belleville; her grandchildren, Blue, Desiree (Chris), Ann (Shannon) and Christopher (Carmel); her great grandchildren, Logan, Haley, Shayla, Taylor, Harmony, Dreden, Daven, Mia and Ivy; and her friend Skyler.

If desired, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated by the family.
