Autumn Cooke Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2019, at the age of 24, Autumn Cooke (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Autumn Cooke to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, George, Teresa Daly, Clifford and Laura Cooke. She is survived by: her parents, Christina Cooke (Elyshia Rohlehr) of Toronto and David Purcell of Ottawa; her stepparent Mellissa Rutledge (Terry Hatfield) of Ottawa; her children, Averie Lock and Sullan "A. J."; her grandparents, Susan Cooke (Kenneth Dunley) and Terry Cooke; and her siblings, Kaileb, Destiny, Kyle, David, Langdon and Lincoln. She is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.
