It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Moore of Belleville, Ontario, who passed away at the age of 70, on April 3, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kleinsteuber and Bertha Kleinsteuber; and her husband Donald Moore. She is survived by: her children, Charles Moore (Sherry) of Belleville and Stephanie Kearsey (Richard) of Ottawa; her grandchildren, Jacob, Mackenzie and Jackson; her siblings, Rose Powell (late Francis), Shirley Kleinsteuber, Linda Hoyland and Ken Kleinsteuber (Judy); and her sister-in-law Tina Kleinsteuber (late Floyd).

A Celebration of Barb's Life will be announced at a later date, once COVID-19 restrictions have eased.

In her memory donations to Eastminster United Church, BGH Oncology or Alzheimer's Society of Hastings-Prince Edward are appreciated.

“Barb and I shared a room at KGH and became friends immediately, sharing our pain and grievances. She was so obviously a kind and warm soul. We both lost our husbands recently and shared memories. We also shared a deep love of God and the United Church of Canada. She insisted she was going to fight this disease and travel to my home. When I left, she was awaiting a new round of chemo/radiation. She was in pain. Now in God's arms, she can rest in peace. Goodbye, dear Barb. I shall not forget you.”
