He is survived by: his significant other Susan; his children, Richard (Ronald), Steven (Linda) and Laurie; his grandchildren, Christina, Adam, Alisabeth (Nate), Ross, Kevin, Kyle, Joseph, Christopher and Noah; his great grandchild Jaxon; his nephew Russel; his niece Sandi; his friend England; his former wife Joan; and his friend George Godfrey of Texas.
