We are sad to announce that on November 10, 2019, at the age of 83, Basil Cook (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Cook and Lily Cook (Bradshaw); his son Derek Cook (Lynn); his sister Hessie Giles (Ron); and his grandson Joshua.

He is survived by: his former wife Leona; his children, Dwight Cook (Debbie), Diana Bicknell and Darlene Collins (Fraser); his grandchildren, Jake, Jordan, Rebekka, Adam, Hilary, Laila and Lochy; and his great grandchildren, Edison, Derek, Aubrey, Nolan and Garrett.

Donations to The Canadian Diabetes Association, or to the charity of choice, would be appreciated.
