He is survived by: his parents, Alejandro Hernandez and Felicita Hernandez; his spouse Felicita Mercedes Menjivar-Campos; his children, Roxanne Barahona, Jose Barahona (Kate Barahona), Rosita Barahona (Evert Blake), Karla Barahona (Ben Zandbergen) and Maria Cristina Menjivar; and his grandchildren, Diego, Isabella, Cruz, Taeo, Jahtoneo Vincente, Ridley and Weaver.
