It is with sadness that the passing of Burton Carter in Belleville, Ontario is shared. Burton, born on July 16, 1950, passed away on July 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Carter and Phyllis Carter; and his brother Clinton. He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Chad (Becky), Stacey (Bob) and Brad (Kylee); his sister Lorraine (Martin); and his grandchildren, Cale and Nicholas.
