She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Rutherford and Fern Rutherford; her siblings, Muriel McGregor and Ronald Rutherford; and her husband John S. McKeown.

She is survived by: her son Rodney J. McKeown; her daughter-in-law Carol McGlogan; and her grandsons, Connor and Mitchell McKeown.
