He is survived by: his spouse Eileen Parker; his children, Pamela Pestaluky (Donald) of Ottawa, Janice Parker (Terry) and Dana Parker (Liz); his grandchildren, John, Amanda, Erica, Jessica, Alicia, Melanie, Allen, Victoria and Curtis; his great grandchildren, Logan, Colby, Connor, Carson and Braxon; and his sibling Dallice Carter.
