He was predeceased by: his mother Dorthy Fallis (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Debbi; his daughters, Kaitlyn and Emily; his father Douglas Johnson (Jean); and his siblings, Paula, Brent, Luke, Drew, Heather and Don. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
