It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Francis Finch (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on March 27, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Floyd James Carl and Donna Gail Marie McMillian. He is survived by: his wife Effie (Nee Cassalman); his children, Evelyn Margartte Stevens, Lloyd Gorden, Bruce Robert and Deborah Elizabeth Crosby; and his siblings, Ralph, Ron and Marie Gray. He is also survived by his family and friends.
