He was predeceased by: his parent Francis Roper; and his spouse Betty. He is survived by: his parent Pearl Roper; his child David of Belleville; his grandchildren, Adam and Kelly; his great grandchildren, Harper and Austin; and his sisters, Helen Melbourne (late Bob) of Belleville and Annette Logue. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
