He is survived by: his sons, Corey Carter (Suzanne) of Whitby and Brett Minaker of Belleville; his grandchildren, Dillon, Ashley and Mitchell; his great grandchild Arthur; and his siblings, Burton Carter (Pam) of Demorestville and Lorraine Gooch (Martin) of Peterborough. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
