We are sad to announce that on June 19, 2020, at the age of 87, David Leonard Smith (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Smith and Ruth Mae Smith; and his wife Marian Smith. He is survived by: his children, Jacqueline "Jacquie" Smith (Ross Neilson), Debra Cooper (Ian), Cheryl Johnston (Lyle) and Daniel "Danny" Smith (Julie Ferguson); his sisters, Pauline Martin, Gladys Bryce and Norma Peterson (Don); his grandchildren, Michael Zaffino (Sonya), Mark Zaffino (Erin), Matt Zaffino (Sabrina), Jennifer Johnston (Trevor), Melanie Johnston (Marlon) and Lennon Smith (Sarah); and his great grandchildren, Brandon, Hailey, Lauren, Eva, Malachi, Sasha and Sarian.

Arrangements entrusted to the Burke Funeral Home (613-968-6968), 150 Church Street, Belleville.In lieu of flowers donations to St. Thomas Anglican Church would be appreciated.
