Derek J. Fritz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Derek J. Fritz (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on June 24, 2025 at the age of 49. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Derek shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Derek farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larry Fritz and Dianne Fritz of Belleville; his brothers, Sean Fritz (Kristin) and Corey Fritz; and his friend Melisa. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews.

If desired, Memorial Donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation, directed to Mental Health Services would be appreciated by Derek's family.
