We are sad to announce that, on September 24, 2021, at the age of 82, Dianne Kemp (Belleville, Ontario) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dianne Kemp to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Offen and Mina Offen; and her brothers, Verne (late Maryellen) and Glen Offen (Mary). She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Shortt (Stan); her grandchildren, Carley and William Shortt; and her sister Wendy Carr. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Bridge Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
